Your answers to the ADAM questionnaire indicate you may have lower than optimal testosterone levels. That’s a useful signal, but a questionnaire can only go so far. A blood test is the only way to get a clear, clinically reviewed answer.

Order online and collect your fasted sample at home between 7–11am. Avoid eating and drinking anything other than water for 12 hours prior to the test. Return it by post and our clinical team will process your results.

Your results will be available in your patient portal within 2–5 working days, with a clear written explanation from a clinician.

If your results suggest low T, clinical guidelines require a second confirmatory blood test taken on a separate day, alongside a 30-minute video consultation with a prescribing clinician. We’ll send you a kit for this second test – you can either book a home visit with our partner Heim, or have someone you know take the sample for you.
